Current habits of urban mobility in the cities with quick tempo are characterised by a continuous urban expansion because of the housing shortage and the dependency on the traveling time as per the daily life cycle. Sustainable transport aims to reduce the negative impacts associated with this increased urban mobility and to promote more environmentally friendly modes of transport. The green technologies mitigate the environmental impacts from the transportation sector. In the upcoming ICRE 2026, we will share our experiences among the international speakers about how we can achieve more sustainable mobility and the types of sustainable transport.
The 9th International Conference on Railway Engineering (ICRE 2026) will be held at a hotel in Hong Kong from 6 to 7 August 2026.
The theme of ICRE 2026 is “Future-ready Railways: Intelligent, Sustainable and Resilient”.
The conference will be attended by reputable members of the railway industry mainly from the Asia Pacific, North America and European regions. The Organising Committee will invite the prominent industry leaders to be the keynote speakers to share their visions of the above theme.
